2. Products

  • Gauravi offers handcrafted imitation jewellery designed for traditional and festive occasions.

  • Minor variations, imperfections, or slight color differences may occur due to lighting or the handmade nature of our products.

  • Product images are for reference. Actual product color and size may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are final.

  • We are not charging any GST or taxes at this time.

  • Payments are collected via secure payment gateways such as Razorpay.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment.

  • Standard delivery takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, strikes, or natural disruptions.

5. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled.

  • Exchanges are accepted only in case of defective or damaged items, and only if:

    • A full unboxing video (starting before opening the parcel) is provided.

    • The video is clear and unedited.

  • If no unboxing video is provided, no exchange will be accepted.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and paid.

  • If cancellation is requested before dispatch, we may consider it on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content including images, logos, designs, and product listings are the intellectual property of Gauravi. Any unauthorised use or copying is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used only for order processing and communication purposes. We do not share or sell your data to any third parties.
