Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled.

  • Exchanges are accepted only in case of defective or damaged items, and only if:

    • A full unboxing video (starting before opening the parcel) is provided.

    • The video is clear and unedited.

  • If no unboxing video is provided, no exchange will be accepted.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
