Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled.

Exchanges are accepted only in case of defective or damaged items, and only if:

A full unboxing video (starting before opening the parcel) is provided.

The video is clear and unedited.

If no unboxing video is provided, no exchange will be accepted.

Refunds, if approved, will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
